Nature of Service

Sentry 48 LLC ("Sentry 48") provides automated, agentic AI compliance auditing and technical documentation services. The "Sentry Swarm" consists of autonomous software agents designed to analyze code architecture against the EU AI Act and related 2026 regulatory frameworks.

Not Legal Advice

Sentry 48 is a technical auditing platform, not a law firm. The outputs generated—including Annex IV dossiers and compliance verdicts—constitute technical assessments and should be reviewed by your internal legal or compliance officers. Sentry 48 does not provide legal representation.

Data Integrity & The "Zero-Training" Guarantee

• Read-Only Access: Sentry 48 requires only read-only access to repository metadata and documentation.
• Non-Persistence: All data ingested for an audit is processed in a stateless environment and purged within 24 hours of report delivery.
• No Model Training: Client IP and code are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve Sentry 48's proprietary models or agents.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentry 48's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client to Sentry 48 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee regulatory "approval," as final certification rests with governmental notified bodies.

Fees and Performance

The "48-Hour Guarantee" begins upon the successful integration of Read-Only permissions. Fees are non-refundable once the agentic audit has commenced.
